Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We offer $15 flat rate shipping in Quebec, and $25 to the rest of Canada, using standard shipping which takes 3 to 9 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@prodealselectronics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 30 km radius of our location at 5769 Rue Ferrier, Mont-Royal Quebec H4P 1N3. Deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location (5769 Rue Ferrier, Mont-Royal Quebec H4P 1N3). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
